About FreediveTraining
A training lab for freedivers who log real work
FreediveTraining helps you run structured breath-hold sessions, plan pool and depth weeks, and keep a record of what you actually trained — without replacing a buddy, an instructor, or your own judgment.
Why we built it
Freediving training is part science, part feel, and part showing up consistently. Most of us juggle tables on paper, notes in our phones, and plans in spreadsheets. FreediveTraining brings the pieces together in one place so you can focus on the session in front of you.
The app is built for recreational and competitive freedivers who want clear tools for dry apnea, pool, and depth work — whether you train alone on land, with a club, or under an organisation.
What you can do
Breath-hold tables
Run CO₂, O₂, breathing, and custom tables with guided phases, timers, and optional breathe-up — premade or your own.
Training plans
Structure pool, depth, and dry weeks across STA, DYN, DNF, CWT, and other disciplines.
Training library
Save tables, workouts, and planning templates so your training library grows with you.
Shared training
Share breath-hold tables and workouts with training partners or your community.
Knowledge test
Practice theory with structured quizzes — and, where available, courses and certification exams.
Streaks & leaderboard
Log sessions, keep a daily streak, and optionally compare progress on the leaderboard.
Safety comes first
Never practice breath-hold alone or in water without a qualified buddy. FreediveTraining supports your training — it does not supervise you or replace instruction.
