What is FreediveTraining?

FreediveTraining is a training app for freedivers. What you can do - Train CO₂ and O₂ tolerance with guided breath-hold tables. - Save your favorite tables and workouts to your Library. - Build multi-day Training Plans and schedule them on a calendar. - Track your training streak and recent activity on the Dashboard. - Optionally participate in the global Leaderboard. Safety note Freediving can be dangerous. Never train breath-hold alone or in water without a qualified buddy. Use this app as a training tool, not as a replacement for instruction or safety procedures.
